Retesting Broken Trendline. Ready to Drop?

Price has retested minor broken TL after bounce off
a major TL from Aug 2012. The tendency has been that
the pair move down on decreasing volatility and after a
peak. Since volatility has hit an extreme, this could mark
the end of the bounce and a return back to the major
TL/HS.
