ETH - Break out the pennant to 340 or Head and Shoulders to190

ETH has a few choices at this stage

a) The pennant is a continuation move and by exiting out the top of the pennant ETH can make a run for 340 .
Or
b) ETH can take the "head and shoulders" within the pennant and move to 190 for a bounce upwards
