Ethereum Prediction Until The Hard Fork

There are some reasons telling us that the Ethereum will fall soon such as:
I) Price is forming a rising wedge.
II) The is a divergence with RSI on both daily and 4H charts.
III) Volume is decreasing.

BUT, the first and the main support is 0.0375. After that, we can have another bull run before the Hard Fork.
