This is a risky but highly profitable (good R:R) trade for etcusd / etcusdt pair.
ETC has a chance to ignite a momentum if it has volume spike above 27 USD, triggering massive cascading liquidation event to the upside.
Overall market is bearish but we are in the final part of the pre-dump.
This is when majority of alts will try to exit scam, etcusdt is one of them.
