How to digest the recent bull rally on the DXY

Use this to help find potential new target zones in the future.
I use TA on the DXY to rather than TA on the EURO/USD to know when to enter the EURO/USD.
The DXY market movers sometimes hit target zones that make no rhyme or reason on the EURO/USD.
