I'm not sure what DIS will do on earnings. Probably gap down.
If DIS can stay above $94 before earnings and gap down / open in either red zone, I'll be pretty bearish. (Not going to trade it though - because I'll be gone)
Then the green zones too, a gap into those should be relatively bullish.
