DAX Gartley or Shark, that is here the question

There is a Gartley pattern (orange) in the DAX EUREX:DY1! / DE30EUR but there is also a Shark pattern (blue) approaching. If the price comes back to the Gartley entry there will be a possibility to trade either one of them or both.
