1. MACD cross imminent
2. Recent test of 200 sma and 13.85 level
3. 70% of vol YTD was traded at higher prices
4. Test of the .78 fib level
5. RSI still low

Short term targets: 18.74, 21.79 then 26,72

Likely considerably higher by 4/15/21
