Coal India Positional buy as shown in chart

As per weekly chart, Coal India is in Down trend and has drawn Down trend line in chart. There will be strong resistance when it reach down trend line and it has to touch down trend line before if it goes further downside. From my view it may touch 280/285......... What you say???????
