CADCHF Long to top of channel

Entry condition - has already started moving
RR 1:3

For
- above all 21EMAs and all pointing up
- bottom of daily channel
- not really seeing any recent commitment push down
-broken out of a weekly down and made a new channel

Against
-hasn't fully left the range
-Right at a weekly resistance - I'm assuming its been chewed at enough!
