Can BTC break the resistance?

BTC has been trading in a falling wedge since 27 August. If BTC manages to break the wedge, targets are mentioned on the chart.
if BTC breaks 45200, that will also break the current structure of LL and LH. Right now BTC is trading in a chop zone. A move towards either side could bring chaos to the market.
