PUMP or DUMP at 3pm UK time or 4pm Central European Time

I have been noticing over time that the market moves at certain time during the afternoon.
According to the chart you can see there are bigger moves at around 3pm UK time or 4pm Central European Time.
This would be very helpful as one more indicator when you select your SHORT or LONG position.
