okay this pattern did start out resembling a bull sym triangle, but with multiple retests at $9.5k and what looks like an inevitable 4th retest, this bull flag has turned descending triangle. that's right folks; bearish. a failure of this pattern will be just that; a failure. anyone who is telling you this is still a bull flag should reassess.
IMHO I don't think bulls with survive the retest and we'll dump to the upper 7's low 8's. plan accordingly.
