BTC - Locally bullish since everyone is scared to buy

I like Fear and Greed index a lot, since at it's highest and lowest points reversals happen. When we were at 60k index was 90.
Now, when we dropped more than 50% index is 8.

That's a good indication that a lot of people capitulated and shorting the market. What a better time could be for marketmaker to go long and liquidate all the folks?

I expect breakout of this triangle and will take longs when it will happen.

Will enter when price squeezes to the level on lower timeframes, the base will form and the strip will get faster.

1% - 1/3
2% - 1/3, stoploss to breakeven
What's left, hold to the maximum
