BTCUSD Update. Bears VS Bulls. Buy signals on 15 Minute.

Long term indecisive, short term showing buy signals. I do refer to longer time frames, and I know BTC is in the bears den, however, we may be escaping.
BTC bouncing off moving averages. May hold above, or break below and continue lower. Alts are in recovery, only halted by BTC dumps... Good sign for overall market... could be due to the upcoming Consensus.
