Actually the best time to buy when everybody talks about selling but only UNDER GIVEN CONDITIONS to be fulfilled by market! again, under given conditions to protect your position.

Actually, if the market showed stable prices above the support level, buy with very tight stop-loss and target a bullish trend!

I would not think of selling without breaking the support level with good momentum to show that there is a new selling momentum not just LOST MOTION.

The alternative scenario if the market showed consolidation and break the support level with good momentum, of course target the next support level.
