BTC H&S with a Bear Penant?

I really want the market to go up, and I think it will after much more pain. Already tired of waiting for my bank to fix issues, would rather keep all my wealth in crypto..but too many people have been hurt and the HODLers have yet to capitulate.

maybe start scaling into a short as the price climbs above 7k.
