Bitcoin could retest 19-21k region

Bitcoin is currently seeing a decline in relative strength index . The structure doesn't not look promising to hold in the near short term.
Bitcoin tends to retest the lower regions twice before major rallies and this shakeoff could be the last one (hopefully).
The market could drop another 25-30% from current prices.
