Monthly RSI BTC level is the same as in previous bear market

Hi all,
The monthly RSI level of BTC is the same as the bottom of the previous two bear markets.
This would mean BTC almost bottomed out?

I think the bottom is around 22k for BTC. That is also the point where the 200 weekly SMA is at.
