BTC broke 61.8 fib resistance

After CFTC and SEC chairman reports to the US Senate today, BTC looks bullish and broke fib 61.8 resistance.
Still to be confirmed as not a false breakout ... lest see in coming hours...
Next targets 8800-9400... to be safe 8800-9000 range, then reconsider gain as FOMO can trigger anytime.
