I don't wanna act on emotions. 🙅🏻‍♀️The market doesn't crumble in a couple of hours. You should always take a break. It's really hard for me to distract. Forcing myself to shut down the computer. 🖐🏻( I would like to resolve issues here and now! )🤦🏻‍♀️But it's extremely difficult and sometimes unrealistic. But that's what realy works !! Believe me, I know what I'm saying.💡
