Measured move of Head and Shoulders 11500

Binance BTC/USDT scam wicked down to 10k 4 months ago...no one seemed to notice...if this plays out...then yes we are going to retest 11500 as support in the following months ahead.
Stock market looks bleak...and most analysts are predicting 5-6 more months of downside. BTC no doubt will follow.
