BTC New years breakout.

- Volume has been picking up, accumulating can be seen.
- RSI heading towards last oversold dip before retrace.
- Heading towards cloud, looking to breakout of cloud and second fib resistance on new years day.

I'm personally leaning towards 16k. If this doesn't play out, we are in for another dip back below 1st fib.
