You have to invert logarithmically scale weekly Bitcoin chart to get a broad perspective of where the currency potentially stands at this point in time. What I see here from my point of view is a rather large void in liquidity. Market makers do what they do, while big players utilize them to get in the game filling these voids amongst the volatility during a very wide bid/ask spread.
