The idea is based on key levels. I like the idea to short more, but only because I like to short more.
On the graph, you can see the decision area regarding which it is reasonable to buy or sell with low risk. The idea of a short will be broken when the price fixes above the level of 7800 for at least 3 days, subject to a preliminary deep breakdown up. The idea of a short can be realized when trying to break the level (false breakdown) and return the instrument back to the level as well as an unsuccessful attempt to test at the price of the decision area.
Why is the idea of shorts better for me? Because there will be long-term consolidation in the stock market due to poor quarterly reports and the media will rock the mood of investors and traders in the face of market uncertainty.
