Have fun, but know when to sell.

We are in the middle of a big bull run and I think we will continue seeing crazy prices for a few months.
Just do not forget to use your loved internet money to make some real improvements to your life.
Unrealized gains are not real gains! I learned that the hard way in 2017/2018.
