btc-e premium vs spot

I got the the idea to look at the relation between btc-e premium and spot from Lowstrife so if it works all credit goes to him.

the idea is simple.. looking back from 2015 when btc-e starts to loose premium, bitcoin rallies.

lower pane shows btc-e vs stamp.. 0 line meaning the price of both exchange is same. When above, the price of btc-e is higher than stamp

while anticipating a lot of fake outs and dumps till the real rally if the idea works then we can see 1000 usd at the end of this year.

another %10 and the trade will be done for me.
target 7500-7600 cny remains

as far as this chart concerns this trade is done..target reached at 7600 cny. trendline touch and - divs appearing..
I close my long and not going to short it ..
if the daily closes above the blue trend line then it means ath is breached and could bubble.
if it closes below the line and shows more sighs of weakness only then I'll short it..
