First of all, I want guys to look at the big expansion of the price from $298 to $320 on January 14th.
Now we have a price range from $298 to $320 and we want to look for buy in this range. Now you may ask what is the best area to buy #BNBUSDT in this range?
First, we have to put the Fibonacci retracement from the low of $298.61 to the high of $321.07.
And then we have to look for buying opportunities below the 50% level of the Fibonacci. Below the 50% level of Fibonacci is the discount price and we have to buy #BNBUSDT at a discount and sell it at the premium.
Also, as you can see we have a bullish order block in the zone of $305.30 to $299 and we can look for buying opportunities in this order block.
As you can see on the chart, the price came down below the old low at $305.35 and swept all the liquidity below that area. Also, the price reached the bullish order block and then bounced up so fast. So we could put a limit order at $305.23 (in the zone of the bullish order block) or we can wait for the price to reach the bullish order block and then look for confirmation and if the price gives us the confirmation we can open the long position.
Now you may ask me where do you put your stop-loss and how do you chose the targets for this upward movement?
We can set our stop loss below the bullish order block at $298.40 and after the price comes to the upside we can move our stop loss below $304.40.
We can look at the old highs as targets for upward movement. For example, the old high at $321.03 would be our first target. We can also set our targets based on the Fibonacci levels that I will teach you in the next educational posts.
