BAT/USDT is Breaking Out Now

We have recently seen TNT and 0x breakout for over 100% gains! Now, BAT is breaking out from the same area.
Historical Volatility Percentile (HPV), was at record lows, but has not started expanding and we also have a large volume signature!
Currently, price is sitting below the blue 377 EMA, horizontal support and the 0.618 Fib. We also see RSI bouncing off a 68 day trend line.
If we start closing candles above the red horizontal resistance box and the blue 377EMA, then I'm looking for a long!
The specific signature I am looking for is: 1) HVP to start to rise (this has commenced, but is coming along slowly); 2) Volume will rise above the moving average, then off to the moon!
