Is the history going to repeat it self?

Again this pair has a chance to breakout on the monthly. Rsi crossing the 50 tends to give strong moves on any timeframe. A breakout or another rejection we shall see. The pair has been bearish since 2013-05 so if it goes the avarage gain could be nice.
