I normally wouldn't label a Running flat prior to seeing the impulse indicating that the correction is over which is why I went ahead to label this one. Furthermore, we have been seeing Bullish Divergence for weeks now and Divergences can hint 2 things. 1) Either the new Impulse is in the making, 2) Deep pullback is in the making.
Judging from the Weekly Engulfing it could signal the start of the new Impulse.
