TATNEFT - time to buy oil companies?

The need for oil will not go away for decades to come. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to oil and gas companies in the long term.
One of such companies is Russian TATNEFT. It is a growing company whose share price is at the bottom of the upward channel.
In the short term, there may be a decline in the share price due to falling demand or some new sanctions against Russia, but in the long term I am optimistic about them.
