SBI Crypto sued Riot Blockchain for data center fraud and claime

Coin World reported that bitcoin mining company SBI Crypto Co (SBIC) sued Whisstoneus, a data center in Rockdale, Texas, which lied that it was ready for large-scale mining operations, so SBIC claimed millions of dollars from it on the grounds of delay and unqualified conditions. According to the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas yesterday, SBI Crypto's charges against the data center include "fraud, fraudulent contract inducement, confidentiality fraud, negligent custody and breach of custody service agreement".
In May 2021, Riot Blockchain acquired Whinstone US with 11.8 million ordinary shares and 80 million US dollars in cash.
