Binance has now resumed BTC withdrawals

On May 8th, Binance tweeted: "BTC withdrawals are now resumed on Binance. Pending transactions are being processed by replacing them with higher transaction fees. Once these outstanding transactions are all processed, We will be releasing another update. To prevent similar situations from happening again in the future, we have adjusted the fees. We will continue to monitor on-chain activity and adjust accordingly if needed. Our team has also been working on enabling the BTC Lightning Network section, which will help in this situation.
