AAPL 60 Possible Cypher Pattern

still learning. *This is my view, and is not meant as advice for others to trade!

My previous potential Bat TA (link), now turned to follow the Cypher criteria.
Possibly price will go up before closing below 1.414.
short at D leg with a 1st target at the Fib retracement from CD leg .382, 2nd target .618
