BITMEX Bybit binance bitstamp Coinbase HUOBI BTC ETH TRENDBITMEX Bybit binance bitstamp Coinbase HUOBI BTC ETH TREND
This is a very effective trend strategy.
Strategy principle
Constructs the trailing ATR stop above or below the price, and switches directions when the source price breaks the ATR stop.
Uses the Average Directional Index (ADX) to switch between ATR multipliers. The higher multiplier is used when the ADX is rising, and the lower ATR multiplier is used with the ADX is falling.
This ADX criteria further widens the gap between the source price and the trailing ATR stop when the price is trending, and lessens the gap between the ATR and the price when then price is not trending.
The ATR-ADX stop is effectively a double adapative stop that trails the price,by both adapting to the true range of the price, and the average directional change.
HOW TO USE
set long position when a green arrow appears in the chart.
When the stop is below the price (long trade) the value never decreases until the price intersects the stop, and it reverses to being above the price (short trade)。
set short position when a red arrow appears in the chart.
When the stop is above the price it will never increase until it is intersected by the price. As the true range and ADX change, the stop will move more quickly or more slowly.
For the long position and the short direction, you can set the stop profit & stop loss or trailing profit stop & trailing stop loss respectively.
When a purple arrow appears to close a position, an aggressive trader can go in the opposite direction when it is purple.

ATR-ADX压力线通过适应价格的真实波动范围和平均趋向变动达到跟随价格的双适应性止损目的。当做多时,止损线低于价格,并随价格升高,直到止损线与价格相交,然后反转至高于价格,此时启动空头交易;

TradingView Alerts to MT4 MT5 + dynamic variables NON-REPAINTINGAccidentally, I’m sharing open-source profitable Forex strategy. Accidentally, because this was aimed to be purely educational material. A few days ago TradingView released a very powerful feature of dynamic values from PineScript now being allowed to be passed in Alerts. And thanks to TradingConnector, they could be instantly executed in MT4 or MT5 platform of any broker in the world. So yeah - TradingConnector works with indices and commodities, too.
The logic of this EURUSD 6h strategy is very simple - it is based on Stochastic crossovers with stop-loss set under most recent pivot point. Setting stop-loss with surgical precision is possible exactly thanks to allowance of dynamic values in alerts. TradingConnector has been also upgraded to take advantage of these dynamic values and it now enables executing trades with pre-calculated stop-loss, take-profit, as well as stop and limit orders.
Another fresh feature of TradingConnector, is closing positions only partly - provided that the broker allows it, of course. A position needs to have trade_id specified at entry, referred to in further alerts with partial closing. Detailed spec of alerts syntax and functionalities can be found at TradingConnector website. How to include dynamic variables in alert messages can be seen at the very end of the script in alertcondition() calls.
The strategy also takes commission into consideration.
Slippage is intentionally left at 0. Due to shorter than 1 second delivery time of TradingConnector, slippage is practically non-existing. This can be achieved especially if you’re using VPS server, hosted in the same datacenter as your brokers’ servers. I am using such setup, it is doable. Small slippage and spread is already included in commission value.
This strategy is NON-REPAINTING and uses NO TRAILING-STOP or any other feature known to be faulty in TradingView backtester. Does it make this strategy bulletproof and 100% success-guaranteed? Hell no! Remember the no.1 rule of backtesting - no matter how profitable and good looking a script is, it only tells about the past. There is zero guarantee the same strategy will get similar results in the future.
To turn this script into study so that alerts can be produced, do 2 things:
1. comment “strategy” line at the beginning and uncomment “study” line
2. comment lines 54-59 and uncomment lines 62-65.
Then add script to the chart and configure alerts.
This script was build for educational purposes only.
Certainly this is not financial advice. Anybody using this script or any of its parts in any way, must be aware of high risks connected with trading.
Thanks @LucF and @a.tesla2018 for helping me with code fixes :)
Momentum BFThe momentum strategy is simple, if price action is higher than it was for x bars back, and also higher than it was last candle, we have upwards momentum. This momentum will be positive until a candle closes lower than the previous candle and also lower than x bars back - at which point we have downwards momentum.
The concept behind the Momentum Strategy is that when the momentum crosses from negative to positive, we go long and when it crosses from positive to negative we go short. We stay in that position until momentum crosses back the opposite direction.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Go long at the green background on the chart
Go short at the red background on the chart
The yellow lines are where your stop loss should be for longs
The orange lines are where your stop loss should be for shorts
I have included the options in Settings to change the stop loss type between ATR derived and Fixed percentage based. The default stop loss is a fixed 7%.
You can also select if you want only longs, only shorts or both.
The backtest was done with BTCUSD on Coinbase 1D.
Super Trend Daily 2.0 BFThis is my Super Trend Daily strategy but with one important difference. You can now adjust settings for long or short signals individually and separately. For example, the condition for a long signal may require a different parameter setting than the condition for a short signal. Each parameter in the signal generation can be tuned. You can also decide what kind of stop loss you want for each side - you could have a fixed stop loss for longs and an ATR derived stop loss for shorts, or whatever.
We also have the option to choose if we want longs, shorts or both.
INISTRUCTIONS
Look at the background colors:
Green line = long signal
Red line = short signal
Aqua = No long trades
White = No short trades
Yellow dotted line = stop loss for long
Orange dotted line = stop loss for short
The aqua and white backgrounds mean the conditions are choppy/sideways according to our settings we applied to the rate of change function for a long/short signal respectively. It is possible to get a long signal in a white background, but not a short signal. Similarly, it is possible to get a short signal in an aqua background, but not a long signal.
This is a work in progress so any suggestions for improvements are welcome.
CoG SSL BF 🚀In this strategy I combine my Center of Gravity script with my SSL Channel script.
The conditions for a long signal are if either:
Center of Gravity long is satisfied
Or
SSL Channel long is satisfied AND we are not in a sideways period.
The conditions for a short signal are if either:
Center of Gravity short is satisfied
Or
SSL Channel short is satisfied AND we are not in a sideways period.
We use a dynamic stop loss based on ATR to determine optimum stop loss levels. These levels are printed on the chart in yellow and orange.
INSTRUCTIONS
Bright green background = go long
Bright red background = go short
Yellow dotted line = long stop loss
Orange dotted line = short stop loss
On the chart, the 2 outer lines are the Center of Gravity lines and the filled channel in the middle is the SSL channel.
If the channel is white, this is a no trade zone, unless either Center of Gravity long/short signal is satisfied.
If we get stopped out from a long and we still have a long condition present, we re-enter. Same for short.
Kairos [Backtester]Kairos bot looks for the opportune time to buy low and sell high at targets
It provides signals to open and close trades, and indicates favorable positions for a stop loss and profit taking
The Kairos bot can be used on any chart and on any time frame
---BACKTESTER---
Using the backtester script the user can look at a chart's history between selected dates to find optimal bot settings and optimal time frames
The backtester is based on general percentages for profit taking as indicated below:
-------------T1 T2 T3 T4 T5 T6 CLOSE
1 Target: 50% 50%
2 Targets: 50% 25% 25%
3 Targets: 40% 30% 20% 10%
4 Targets: 40% 25% 20% 10% 5%
5 Targets: 35% 25% 20% 10% 5% 5%
6 Targets: 30% 25% 20% 10% 5% 5% 5%
ie: If 2 targets are selected:
- 50% of investment will be taken at target 1
- 25% of investment will be taken at target 2
- and the remainder 25% will be taken when the trade is closed on a close signal
However, it is up to the user's own risk appetite to determine where and how much profit to take
Note that the backtester does not have any on screen indicators other than OPEN and CLOSE, however profit taking can be indicated by ticking the Style -> Trades on Chart tick box on the settings userform
---SIGNALS---
The signals script can be used for automation and can indicate up to 6 potential Profit Targets, as well as a Stop Loss based on how many bars back needs to be taken into consideration
The signals (Open/Close) can be automated using TradingView alerts, however the Stop Loss and Profit Taking are only indicators and are for the users own interpretation
The user does not have to place a Stop Loss or take profit at the Targets if so wished, the bot can be used to simply buy on an OPEN signal and sell on a CLOSE signal, however, the backtester will indicate that it is far more profitable to take profits.
It is advised to take profits just below indicated Targets as these are potentially high selling zones and price action can sometimes turn down just short of these targets.

Double 7's StrategyStrategy described in the book "Short Term Trading Strategies that Work", written by Larry Connors and Cesar Alvarez.
It is the simplest strategy I know and has only 3 rules:
- Price must be above the arithmetic moving average of 200 periods.
- Buy when the price closes below the closing of the last 7 days.
- Sale when the price closes above the closing of the last 7 days.
Simple as it may seem, this strategy works very well in some stocks and/or graphical times (in some stocks it overcomes many RSI 2 strategies). It was developed for the daily chart and does not usually work well on weekly or monthly charts, but can be used for day trades if the back-test proves to be favorable.
If you want, you can change the input and output rules by setting other values for the input or output period and thus find more positive results for specific stocks.
There is no stop loss because in tests the stop loss usually reduces the gains of the strategy.
Good luck and good trades.
================================
Estrategia descrita no livro "Short Term Trading Strategies that Work", escrito por Larry Connors e Cesar Alvarez.
Boa sorte e bons trades.
Cryptocurrency trend following EMA Ribbon LONG only strategyThis strategy is based on EMA Ribbon and uses multiple indicators to find optimal time to enter/exit the trade and filter out false signals. The script with default setting is developed mainly for trading altcoins/stable coin pair such as ADA/USDT etc on 4h timeframe but it can be applied to any pair/any timeframe with some settings adjustments.
For plot on chart features make sure that you have both study and strategy scripts on chart with same settings.
Strategy settings description:
1. Signal EMA Length - Value for exponencial moving average (slowest from EMA Ribbon)
1a. Buy price toleration (%) - Price deviation for filtering bounces of EMA - price must close defined percents above EMA to open long trade
1b. Sell price toleration (%) - Price deviation for filtering bounces of EMA - price must close defined percents bellow EMA to close long trade
1c. EMA deelay - EMA id delayed by defined bars for smoothening
2. Filter by Fast EMA - Strategy filters signals to prevent buy while coin is dropping
2a. Fast EMA Length - Value for fast exponencial moving average
3. Filter by SMA - Strategy filters signals to confirm trend change
3a. SMA Length - Value for simple moving average
4. Filter by RSI - Strategy filters signals to prevent buing/selling overbought/oversold coins
4a. RSI Length - Length of RSI identificator
4b. RSI Source candle - What price of candle is used for RSI calculation (open, close, high, low)
4c. RSI Long condition - When buy, RSI indicator must be below this value to prevent of buying already overbought coin
4d. RSI Short condition - When sell, RSI indicator must be above this value to prevent of selling already oversold coin
5. RSI Close Trade Condition - Strategy sell coin once RSI reach defined value
5a. RSI close trade condition - Sell once RSI indicator acquires defined value
6. Close trade by Take Profit or Stop Loss Condition (STRATEGY ONLY) - Strategy sell coin once defined take profit / stoploss level is reached
6a. Take Profit (%) - Take profit value in percent
6b. Stop Loss (%) - Stop loss value in percent
6c. Plot targets on chart - defined targets will be plotted as lines on chart
7. Date range from
7a From Year - To run strategy in interval
7b From Month - To run strategy in interval
7c From Day - To run strategy in interval
8. Date range to
8a To Year - To run strategy in interval
8b To Month - To run strategy in interval
8c To Day - To run strategy in interval
9. Wait to confirm the signal
9a Wait candless to buy - strategy will wait defined candless to confirm the signal before buy
9b Wait candless to sell - strategy will wait defined candless to confirm the signal before sell
10. Plotting on chart (STUDY ONLY)
10a Plot signal line channel with bows on chart
10b Plot simple moving average on chart
10c Plot EMA Ribbon on chart
10d Plot recent support and resistance levels on chart
11. Show Every signal (STUDY ONLY) - Unchecked shows only first signal based on strategy. But if you use take profit/stoploss settings within your bot, you might want to rebuy on next signal. Checked shows signal on each candle.
Throw on chart also buld-in RSI indicator and set the same as strategy
Notice that there might be false signals, especially when the coin is not trending or is strongly manipulated. Overall strategy is profitable though. You just take some minor loses and wont miss the big move.
You may also consider to compare buy&hold return vs profit from trading this strategy. In downtrend as we have seen recently, profit may not be as high as you expect but it is still much better than just hold and hope.
You can use the strategy script for fine tunning settings and find best settings for yourself.
Study script helps you to automate trading with use of alerts perharps with 3commas bot or even trade manually based on email/sms notification setted by tradingview
Notice that study script does not handle takeprofit/stoploss order. That is why sell arrows could be plotted by study script later than strategy script. To rebuy after takeprofit/stop-loss use "11. Show Every signal (STUDY ONLY)" setting
Make sure that you keep same settings for strategy and study scripts.
If you need any help with settings do not hesitate to ask. I would also appriciate any feedback and ideas how to improve this script.

Trend Scalping Strategy - ForexHi all,
I have created the attached strategy for my own use primarily but thought I would share it as my experience to date is that it is profitable in particular circumstances, so thought I would open this out to the community to see if it can be successfully applied on any other pairs and timeframes.
I have protected the source code at this time - mainly because it needs massive tidying up! If I ever get time to do this then I will
The concept of the strategy is based upon the slingshot method - the strategy fundamentally does the following:
- Tests each candle for a new short term trend based upon EMAs
- If there is a new trend, check the RSI and ensure it isnt above the upper RSI threshold (for long positions) and below the lower RSI threshold (for short positions)
- If it passes the RSI check, entry is valid and draws a bar on the chart to show the opening entry position, stop loss position, take profit 1 and take profit 2 positions.
I have backtested this across 28 pairs on the M15 timeframe, comprising of a total of 140,000 candles (35,000 hours of trading). Across this period, 18 of the 28 pairs I looked at were profitable, with overall significant profit if live traded across the 28.
I have live tested 5 pairs on the same timeframe:
- GBPJPY
- GBPUSD
- GBPEUR
- CADJPY
- EURJPY
These pairs have to date given a rough ROR (Return on Risk) position of approx 60% average per trade.
All of the above has been done with the following inputs:
- RSI Upper - 68
- RSI Lower - 32
- Stop Loss - 0.0015
- TP1 - 0.002
- TP2 - 0.004
The SL and TPs are based on a decimal entry of a percentage movement - i.e. the Stop loss above reflects a 0.15% movement, etc etc. Obviously if this were to be tested on longer time frames it is likely that these would need to be larger figures.
I have also tested this live with great success on the S&P 500 and the FTSE, with the following settings:
Indicator Timeframe TP1 TP2 SL Upper Lower
FTSE M5 0.0015 0.004 0.001 70 30
SPX M5 0.0015 0.004 0.001 75 35
Three key notes on trading this below - THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT!
- This is NOT a high strike rate strategy. Strike rate on profitable pairs is between approx 45 and 55% (although I have seen as low as 35% and still seen significant profit). This has two natural conclusions - risk management is VITAL (I risk 0.5% on each trade, but this may in fact be high for this strategy), and be prepared for potentially significant drawdowns. I have seen certainly drawdowns of 20 consecutive losing trades (counting TP1 and TP2 as 2 trades) and probably longer, which obviously means drawdowns of 10% or greater. The other thing to bear in mind is that with this kind of strike rate, you shouldnt be setting TP1 at a 1:1 risk reward or lower.
- Take Profit 1 is easy - straight Stop and Limit orders. Take Profit 2 is a trailing stop with a start point of the limit for TP1, with then a trailing stop of this distance. This means that should you win on TP1, TP2 is a risk free trade but also trails in for profit if TP2 isnt reached (which it normally isnt). DO NOT set TP2 as a standard stop and limit, this rapidly makes this strategy unprofitable. The point here is that if you reach TP1 you are in some form of trend where you want to capture as much profit as you can.
- Do not enter a trade mid candle. The strategy is based upon the close of the trending candle not the "live" price during this candle, so no need to rush into a trade. If you enter mid candle you will find more often than not that the indicator wasnt for a valid trade by the candle close.
Also, standard disclaimer - past performance is no guarantee of future performance, and if you choose to use this strategy/indicator you do so 100% at your own risk. As a minimum, pick your pairs carefully - I have found particular unprofitability with this strategy with the AUD and NZD pairs so I have ruled these out completely at present, although with different timeframes and inputs these may of course be profitable.
I hope this is helpful for someone...I'd welcome any feedback or other setups where this is profitable.
Moving forward, I want to do some more work on this strategy to rule out some of the more negative trades, and I primarily intend to do this using pivots - however this will be an as and when I get chance.

Technical Indicator PoolThis is for Bundle holders who want to use the Technical Indicator Pool for scalping binary options.
Understanding the Technical Indicator Pool
The Technical Indicator Pool is a strategy that operates on the premise that when many technical indicators project the same sentiment, they are concurrently more precise. The technical indicator pool contains five indicators
1. Small MACD Moving Average (SFMA) (10,15)
2. Large MACD Moving Average (LFMA) (13,18)
3. Parabolic Stop and Reverse (PSAR) (0.05, 0.05, 0.05)
4. Relative Strength Index (RSI) (14, 70, 30)
5. H/L Pivot (13)
When all five indicators project the same sentiment within a defined period (known as BarPeriod), an order is placed in the direction of sentiment.
Note:
Due to the nature of the indicator pool, such as the moving averages within the MACD and RSI as well as the High/Low Pivot, false positives may occur before the bar has closed within the time stamp.
This point of reference is to be used in combination with an arsenal of trading tools and should not be used as direct investment advice.
Option strategies should always include stop losses.
This strategy operates using a lot size of 2.5.
BitMex Trailing Stop StrategyThis script is designed for those who want to use BitMex's trailing stop. It's not meant to be used as entry exits, but rather to get an idea of how wide the trailing stop needs to be. I suggest you backtest with different values. The script can also be integrated into an existing strategy which does give entry/exits to act as its stop loss.

BOLLedOver leverages classic signal strategies typically seen in equity program trading algos. Interestingly, in the crypto world, these statistical methods don’t mean quite as much as crypto is generally random and spastic. (I find some of the online analysis humorous—“setting bottom when we cross the 50 day moving average”—really? Trend following is measured in minutes, hours or days, not weeks or months. BOLLedOver uses the Bollinger Band method with various filters to insure good buying and selling opportunities. These scripts use the same framework with different signaling strategies as I have found this a very useful way to “test and learn”. The framework allows configuration for “interesting” parameters to their underlying statistical functions. Trade execution strategies are equally as important than getting the right signals in place. In the live BOT version, the framework allows for MARKET orders only, and “chasing the book” which insures that you can place LIMIT orders attempting to be a “market maker” not “taker”. In addition, the framework takes a trailing STOP approach which eliminates a lot of risk on the down side.
FOR BOT RENTERS ONLY: With so much trading, fees and slippage can really make a difference. Some exchanges provide free trades (GDAX) if you make markets with your trading. This applies to both the BUY and SELL sides and proves very useful. A big mistake with newbies in this area is not considering cost (and slippage). The framework has yielded approximately 70-80% free trades (mileage varies based on statistical settings) with exchanges that have the market maker policy. Always, be conservative in back-testing the strategies with fee settings—this can quickly destroy profits. I have tested extensively on Binance, Bitfinex and GDAX and leave it to you to backtest your favorite exchange—BOLLedOver trades a lot with some settings, so if your exchange isn’t quite as reliable or has holes in the data the BOT may not perform as advertised.
Key Features
• Designed for market maker trading
• Leverages classic statistical models in a unique crypto way
• Trades when market is sideways or heading up, sleeps when heading down
• Two to three trades daily (depending on settings and market action)
• Tune-able with ample knobs and levers.
Parameters
Stop Loss % (default 97%) STOPs will be placed and ratchet up following stops with each 1% increase in price action.
Stop Loss Trail % (default 96%) Second STOP starts here.
Bollinger Bands Time Period (default 6) indicates 6 candles in calculation. BOLLedOver runs best at 15 minutes periods. Try your own setting with plenty of backtesting.
Average Volume (default 18) filters buy and sell signals
Buy ROC Length (default 75) number of candles averaged for positive rate of change , which gives the go ahead to act on a BUY signal. When markets are heading south the BOT goes to sleep. You might get a STOP LOSS haircut (default 3%, 2 to 1 chance if you are in a position), but no trade chattering in whipsaw downward spirals after that.
Sell ROC Length (default 85) number of candles averaged for a negative rate of change , which gives the go ahead to act on a SELL signal. Note: the tighter the Bollinger Bands (e.g. 5) the less likely a SELL will process before a STOP LOSS is reached making this parameter useless in those cases.
MACD – the moving average convergence/divergence is used to check the validity of BUY and SELL signals
MACD Fast Period (default 13)
MACD Slow Period (default 24)
MACD Signal Smoothing (default 8)
Candles to Wait After Trade (default 4) set to 0 to turn off. Keeps trades from occurring consecutively in pump and dump environment.

(I find some of the online analysis humorous—“setting bottom when we cross the 50 day moving average”—really? Trend following is measured in minutes, hours or days, not weeks or months. SARcastique uses the Parabolic SAR indicator with various filters to insure good buying and selling opportunities.
BOT RENTERS: All my BOTs use the same framework with different signaling strategies as I have found this a very useful way to “test and learn”. My framework allows for MARKET orders only, and “chasing the book” which insures that you can place LIMIT orders attempting to be a “market maker” not “taker”.
