US/JP Factor/Sector Performance RankingThis indicator is designed to help you easily understand the strengths and weaknesses of different factors and sectors in the U.S. stock market. It looks at various ETFs, ranks their performance over a specific period (20 days by default), and shows the results visually.
= How the Ranking Works
The best-performing rank is shown as -1, with lower ranks as -2, -3, -4, and so on. This setup makes it easy to see rank order in TradingView’s default view.
If you turn on the “Inverse” setting, ranks will be shown as positive numbers in order (e.g., 1, 2, 3…). In this case, it’s recommended to reverse the TradingView scale for better understanding.
= How the Indicator Reacts to Market Conditions
- Normal Market Conditions
Certain factors or sectors often stay at the top rank. For example, during the rallies at the start of 2024 and in May, the Momentum factor performed well, showing a risk-on market environment.
On the other hand, sectors at the bottom rank also tend to stay in specific positions.
- Market Tops
Capital flows within sectors slow down, and top ranks begin to change frequently. This may suggest a market turning point.
- Bear Markets or High Volatility
Rankings become more chaotic in these conditions. These large changes can help you understand market sentiment and the level of volatility.
= Way of using the Indicator
You can use this indicator in the following ways:
- To apply sector rotation strategies.
- To build positions after volatile markets calm down.
- To take long positions on strong elements (higher ranks) and short positions on weaker ones (lower ranks).
= Things to Keep in Mind
It’s a Lagging Indicator
This indicator calculates rankings using the past 20 days of data. It doesn’t provide signals for the future but is a tool for analyzing past performance. To predict the market, you should combine this with other tools or leading indicators.
However, since trends in capital flows often continue, this indicator can help you spot those trends.
= Customization
This indicator is set up for U.S. and Japanese stock markets. However, you can customize it for other markets by changing the ticker and label description in the script.

MTF EHMA & HMA Insights [FibonacciFlux]MTF EHMA & HMA Insights
Overview
The Multi-Timeframe EHMA, HMA, and Midline with Fill script is a powerful technical analysis tool designed for traders seeking to enhance their market insights and decision-making processes. By integrating two advanced moving averages—Exponential Hull Moving Average (EHMA) and Hull Moving Average (HMA)—along with a dynamic midline, this indicator provides a comprehensive view of market trends across multiple timeframes.
Key Features
1. Dual Moving Averages
- Exponential Hull Moving Average (EHMA) :
- Offers a rapid response to price changes, making it particularly useful for identifying short-term trends.
- Utilizes a unique calculation method that reduces lag, allowing traders to react quickly to market movements.
- Hull Moving Average (HMA) :
- Known for its smoothness and ability to filter out noise, the HMA presents a clear picture of the underlying trend.
- The HMA is specifically designed to achieve a balance between responsiveness and smoothness, enabling traders to make informed decisions.
2. Midline Calculation
- Dynamic Midline (m) :
- The midline is calculated as the average of EHMA and HMA, providing a neutral reference point for evaluating price movements.
- It visually represents market sentiment; a rising midline suggests bullish conditions, while a declining midline indicates bearish trends.
3. Visual Components
- Fill Areas :
- Color-coded fills between the EHMA and HMA enhance visual clarity by indicating the relative position of these moving averages.
- The fill color dynamically changes based on the relationship between the two averages (green for EHMA below HMA and red for EHMA above HMA), allowing traders to quickly assess market conditions.
4. Signal Generation and Alerts
- Buy/Sell Signals :
- The indicator generates buy signals when the midline crosses above its previous value, indicating a potential upward trend.
- Conversely, sell signals are triggered when the midline crosses below its previous value, suggesting a possible downward movement.
- Alert Conditions :
- Built-in alerts notify traders in real-time when significant changes occur, allowing them to act swiftly on potential trading opportunities.
- Customizable alert messages ensure traders receive relevant information tailored to their strategies.
Technical Details
Input Parameters
- Timeframe Settings :
- Traders can customize the timeframes for both EHMA and HMA, enabling them to adapt the indicator to different trading styles and market conditions.
- Length Settings :
- Adjustable lengths for both moving averages impact their sensitivity, allowing traders to optimize their performance based on volatility and market dynamics.
Plotting and Visualization
- Plotting :
- The script plots the EHMA, HMA, and midline directly on the chart for easy visualization.
- Signal labels (BUY and SELL) are displayed prominently, helping traders to identify potential entry and exit points without ambiguity.
Benefits
1. Clarity and Insight
- The combination of EHMA, HMA, and midline provides a clear and concise visual representation of market trends, aiding traders in making informed decisions.
2. Flexibility
- Customizable parameters allow traders to tailor the indicator to their specific needs, making it suitable for various market conditions and trading styles.
3. Efficiency
- Real-time alerts and visual signals minimize response times, enabling traders to capitalize on opportunities as they arise.
4. Enhanced Trading Conditions
- When utilizing the Fibonacci number 144 on a daily chart, the indicator facilitates optimal trading conditions:
- "The entry was made before the bubble began, using 144 as the Fibonacci variable."
- "The exit occurred right before the bubble burst, or alternatively, a short position was initiated."
- "When the next bubble started, a long entry was made again."
- "Despite some lag, the position was exited and a long entry was made."
- "The exit or short entry took place at the second double top peak."
- "A short position was already established before the double top formation occurred."
- On a 4-hour chart, traders can effectively set stop losses at HMA levels, achieving a risk-reward ratio between 4 and 8.
- Additionally, analyzing the 15-minute chart with a multi-timeframe approach allows for more precise entry points.
Conclusion
The Multi-Timeframe EHMA, HMA, and Midline with Fill script is a robust tool for traders looking to enhance their technical analysis capabilities. By combining multiple moving averages with a dynamic midline and alert system, this indicator offers a comprehensive approach to understanding market trends. Its flexibility, clarity, and efficiency make it an invaluable asset for both novice and experienced traders alike.
Important Note
As with any trading tool, it is crucial to conduct thorough analysis and risk management when using this indicator. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and traders should always be prepared for potential market fluctuations.

R19 STRATEGYHello again.
Let me introduce you R19 Strategy I wrote for mostly BTC long/short signals
This is an upgrated version of STRATEGY R18 F BTC strategy.
I checked this strategy on different timeframes and different assest and found it very usefull for BTC 1 Hour and 5 minutes chart.
Strategy is basically takes BTC/USDT as a main indicator, so you can apply this strategy to all cryptocurrencies as they mostly acts accordingly with BTC itself (Of course you can change main indicator to different assets if you think that there is a positive corelation with. i.e. for BTC signals you can sellect DXY index for main indicator to act for BTC long/short signals)
Default variables of the inticator is calibrated to BTC/USDT 5 minute chart. I gained above %77 success.
Strategy simply uses, ADX, MACD, SMA, Fibo, RSI combination and opens positions accordingly. Timeframe variable is very important that, strategy decides according the timeframe you've sellected but acts within the timeframe in the chart. For example, if you're on the 5 minutes chart, but you've selected 1 hour for the time frame variable, strategy looks for 1 hour MACD crossover for opening a position, but this happens in 5 minutes candle, It acts quickly and opens the position.
Strategy also uses a trailing stop loss feature. You can determine max stoploss, at which point trailing starts and at which distance trailing follows. The green and red lines will show your stoploss levels according to the position strategy enters (green for long, red for short stop loss levels). When price exceeds to the certaing levels of success, stop loss goes with the profitable price (this means, when strategy opens a position, you can put your stop loss to the green/red line in actual trading)
You can fine tune strategy to all assets.
Please write down your comments if you get more successfull about different time zones and different assets. And please tell me your fine tuning levels of this strategy as well.
See you all.
Abdul Rehman Trading StrategyBest Buy & Sell Indicator for Crypto, Forex and stocks. This indicator is based on Volume, RSI and current support and resistance.

STRATEGY R18-F-BTCHi, I'm @SenatorVonShaft
Just finished the strategy "STRATEGY R18-F-BTC" for trading on #bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
As any strategy on TradingView, R18 opens Long/Short positions (with no leverage) on certain price points for assets in the chart. But I intentionally make this strategy for Bitcoin . Strategy is effective with 1h chart and it has %36 winning trade ratio for #bitcoin trade. As strategy uses approximately 1/3 ratio of SL/TP levels, gross profit for 1 year backtest is above %200 (I mean above 3x for only BTC )
Strategy is built on combination of:
- MACD
- RSI
- FIBONACCI levels
- BTCUSDT price itself as indicator (for different crypto assets and BTCUSDTPERP trading. You can select different assets you like for indicator (it's BTCUSDT:Binance by default))
I fine-tuned all levels of indicators above accordingly (it has more than 10 variables that effects strategy itself).
You can find out your own strategy levels by adjusting long/short tp&sl variables as well as initial capital ratio variable.

DCA Bot Long/Short Thanks to @TheTradingParrot for the inspiration and knowledge shared.
Thanks to @ericlin0122 for the original DCA Bot Emulator which is the backbone of this strategy.
The script simulates DCA strategy with parameters used in 3commas DCA bots for futures trading. Experiment with parameters
to find your trading setup.
Beware how large your total leveraged position is and how far can market go before you get liquidated!
Do that with the help of futures liquidation calculators you can find online!
I`ve added:
1) an internal average price and profit calculating, instead of TV`s native one, which is subject to severe slippage.
2) I`ve built a graphic interface, so levels are clearly visible and back-test analyzing made easier.
3) now both Long & Short direction of the strategy exist.
4) trailing TP which was featured in the initial script has been removed because TV`s execution model makes
it impossible to know how the real world trailing would have unfolded.
5) the table is self explanatory, and it is there to help you discover what happened and where.
6) vertical colored lines appear when the new maximum deviation from the original price has
been reached
All the trading happens with total account capital, and all order sizes inputs are expressed in percent.
Known issues:
When deviation is small, and the same candle triggers safety AND the close order, the initial orders are closed, but a
new one opens on the next candle. This is "resolved" by closing the unwanted trade forcefully on the next candle, affecting
profit calculating minimally and guaranteeing that what should be closed has been closed.
The code could be improved through use of arrays, making the table flexible so the number of rows should be dynamic depending
on the number of SOs.
!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!!
This strategy script is made to receive a signal from an exterior study script, which should plot +100 for long or -100 for short
entry (that is by default - values can be changed in the strategy settings menu). That plot should be found in "Enter Trigger" input
dropdown menu at the bottom of strategy settings menu. Removing the "and trigger == long/short_trigger" condition from strategy entry
conditions makes the strategy open trades ASAP.
Cheers!
RSI Cross [xaurr]This is simple but profitable rsi cross strategy, to find optimal values you can change rsi and ema periods.
Good Luck!
GMS: Moving Average Crossover StrategyThis is a moving average crossover system built the way I would want it to be.
- The moving averages included are SMA, EMA, WMA, VWMA.
- You can select either for the first moving average or the second moving average.
- You can also select to see the Long trades, Short trades, or both at the same time.
- There is also a simple moving average trend filter. When this is selected, it only applies to the entries of a trade and not the exit. There are situations where the entry is above the trend filter and the exit is below.
The source code should be open so feel free to adapt it, make it more efficient, or take some part for your own project!
I hope it helps,
Andre
GMS: RSI & ROC StrategyThis is a basic strategy like the RSI one I posted. This one adds in the Rate of Change indicator as well.
You can separate the two for RSI only and ROC only. Everything else is the same as the RSI strategy.
- Simple moving average trend filter.
- Simple moving average trade exit.
- Both long and short or each on it's own.
The source code should be open if you want to see it or modify it for your own project. I hope it helps!

Chiki-Poki BFXLS Longs Shorts Abs Normalized Volume Pro by RRBChiki-Poki BFXLS Longs vs Shorts Absolute Normalized Volume Value Pro by RagingRocketBull 2018
Version 1.0
This indicator displays Longs vs Shorts in a side by side graph, shows volume's absolute price value and normalized volume of Longs/Shorts for the current asset. This allows for more accurate L/S comparisons (like a log scale for volume) since volume on spot exchanges (Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Coinbase etc) is measured in coins traded, not USD traded. Similarly, L/S is usually the amount of coins in open L/S positions, not their total USD value. On Bitmex and other futures exchanges volume is measured in USD traded, so you don't need to apply the Volume Absolute Price Value checkbox to compare L/S. You should always check first whether your source is measured in coins or USD.
Chiki-Poki BFXLS primarily uses *SHORTS/LONGS feeds from Bitfinex for the current crypto asset, but you can specify custom L/S source tickers instead.
This 2-in-1 works both in the Main Chart and in the indicator pane below. You can switch between Main/Sub Window panes using RMB on the indicator's name and selecting Move To/Pane Above/Below.
This indicator doesn't use volume of the current asset. It uses L/S ticker's OHLC as a source for SHORTS/LONGS volumes instead. Essentially L/S => L/S Volume == L/S
Features:
- Display Longs vs Shorts side by side graph for the current crypto asset, i.e. for BTCUSD - BTCUSDLONGS/BTCUSDSHORTS, for ETHUSD - ETHUSDLONGS/ETHUSDSHORTS etc.
- Use custom OHLC ticker sources for Longs/Shorts from different exchanges/crypto assets with/without exchange prefix.
- Plot Longs/Shorts as lines or candles
- Show/Hide L/S, Diff, MAs, ATH/ATL
- Use Longs/Shorts Volume Absolute Price Value (Price * L/S Volume) instead of Coins Traded in open L/S positions to compare total L/S value/capitalization
- Normalize L/S Volume using Price / Price MA / L/S Volume MA
- Supports any existing type of MA: SMA, EMA, WMA, HMA etc
- Volume Absolute Price Value / Normalize also works on candles
- Oscillator mode with negative axis (works in both Main Chart/Subwindow panes).
- Highlight L/S Volume spikes above L/S MAs in both lines/oscillator.
- Change L/S MA color based on a number of last rising/falling L/S bars, colorize candles
- Display L/S volume as 1000s, mlns, or blns using alpha multiplier
1. based on BFXLS Longs vs Shorts and Compare Style, uses plot*, security and custom hma functions
2. swma has a fixed length = 4, alma and linreg have additional offset and smoothing params
Notes:
- Make sure that Left Price Scale shows up with Auto Fit Data enabled. You can reattach indicator to a different scale in Style.
- It is not recommended to switch modes multiple times due to TradingView's scale reattachment bugs. You should switch between Main Chart and Sub Window only once.
- When the USD price of an asset is lower you can trade more coins but capitalization value won't be as significant as when there are less coins for a higher price. Same goes for Shorts/Longs.
Current ATH in shorts doesn't trigger a squeeze because its total value is now far less than before and we are in a bear market where it's normal to have a higher number of shorts.
- You should always subtract Hedged L/S from L/S because hedged positions are temporary - used to preserve the value of the main position in the opposite direction and should be disregarded as such.
- Low margin rates increase the probability of a move in an underlying direction because it is cheaper. High margin rates => the market is anticipating a move in this direction, thus a more expensive rate. Sudden 5-10x rate raises imply a possible reversal soon. high - 0.1%, avg - 0.01-0.02%, low - 0.001-0.005%

speed_long_short[WOZDUX]Indicator of the position growth rate in long and short. Schedule of positions long and short is taken from the stock exchange Bitfinex. The total number of long and short positions shows the total activity of traders and indirectly the total volume of transactions. On the chart of the indicator it is a blue line.
Since we do not study the absolute values of volumes, but the growth rate of volumes, the blue line shows the overall growth rate of all transactions. The red line shows the rate of growth of transactions in the short. The green line shows the rate of growth of transactions in the long.
The rate of growth of the absolute value of long positions is the green line. The rate of increase in the percentage of positions in the long light green. Thus, the relative growth of long positions (light green line) actually shows the Delta of the volume, since this is the ratio of the number of long positions to the total number of transactions .
By default, the pair btc usd is used. However, you can change this pair in the indicator settings.
============================

BTCUSD Longs & Shorts Change AmountThis indicator contains 3 scripts.

Universal Longs Vs. Shorts - Ratio (Any Symbol)Hello again all my Trading View friends!
This script is a variation of my other script "Universal Longs Vs. Shorts - Percentage (Any Symbol)"
It allows you to choose ANY symbol and plot the ratio against ANY other symbol, as an indicator on your given pair. It is primarily used as an indicator of longs/shorts as well as shorts/longs as a ratio to each other.
For example, you could plot BITFINEX:BTCUSDLONGS against BITFINEX:BTCUSDSHORTS.
It plots the ratio of longs/shorts or shorts/longs. For example:
If there are more longs than shorts open, the long ratio will be great than 1 with no upper limit.
If there are less longs than shorts open, the ratio will be less than 1 but greater than 0.
The same is true when comparing shorts to longs. You can choose to view Longs Ratio only, Shorts Ratio only, or Both.
This is useful to see how many more longs there are than shorts, and visa versa, at any given time interval. It does not take into consideration total volume of longs + shorts to get an absolute number, but rather a relative ratio to each other.
If there are many more positions open in one direction over the other, the ratio will rise higher and higher away from 1, which lets you know generally that there is a lot greater volume of that position open compared to its reverse.

Universal Longs Vs. Shorts - Percentage (Any Symbol)Hello all my Trading View friends!!
This script allows you to choose ANY symbol and plot the ratio against ANY other symbol, as an indicator on your given pair. It is primarily used as an indicator of longs/shorts as well as shorts/longs as a percentage of total longs + shorts.
For example, you could plot BITFINEX:BTCUSDLONGS against BITFINEX:BTCUSDSHORTS.
It takes the ratio from an absolute 100%, rather than relative to each other. Therefore, each plot has a minimum of 0% and a maximum of 100%. You can choose to view Longs Percentage only, Shorts Percentage only, or Both.

EMA Slope + EMA Cross Strategy (by ChartArt)This strategy uses divergences between three exponential moving averages and their slope directions as well as crosses between the price and these moving averages to switch between a long or short position. The strategy is non-stop in the market and always either long or short.
In addition the moving averages and price bars are colored depending if they are trending up or down.
The strategy was created for the "EURUSD" daily timeframe.
All trading involves high risk; past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
B3 20/50 MeanSimple MA's 20 and 50 are averaged to produce a mean MA line. I like the smoothness of it, and it can help you stay in a trade in the slow moving trends. Also if you start to see a large cloud in your favor, it could be a great time take the profits.
B3 Directional Trend IndexB3 Directional Trend Index ~ All about the trend! William Blau is the designer of this gem, and IMHO it is the best trend finder of all the lagging indicators out there I have tested. It is important to pay attention to the slope and thickness of the line, and its relationship to zero. A reversion to the zero may look momentous, but in fact it could reverse when it reaches mean, only to turn back around. You can see this in March and April of this silver futures daily chart. Makes for a great instrument on anything you consider trendy, like crude oil for example. The default user inputs are set to my liking, as I find them to be great on all charts and resolutions. You may read around to find more about this on the internet, or its mentioned in Krausz's work. Also, imprtant to remember when no trend, trend finders like this sufffer, so be wise as to what market condition you are in. Rangy and within Range = no, On the Move = yes.
B3 Bar Cycle MTF (fix)Apologies, there was an error in printing for the thick gray boxes, happened when MTF was switched on. All better, and here is the details from before:
This is an interesting study that can be used as a tool for determining trend direction, and also could be a trailing stop setter. I use it as a gauge on MTF settings. If on, you can look at the bar cycle of the 1h while on the 15m giving you a lot of information in one tool. If a line is missing high or low, it is because it was broken, if both exist you are trading in range and cloud appears. If both sides break you get thick gray boxes above and below bar.
Get used to editing the inputs to suit your liking. Often 3-5 length and always looking at different resolutions to get a big picture story. You could put multiple instances of the study up to see them simultaneously. I based the idea off of Krausz's 3 day cycle which you can read about in his teachings. I tend to find it looking better using Heikin Ashi bar-style.
