Gleeson Trend Tracker (GTT) IndicatorComprehensive Trend Trading System Indicator made up of the four components to help you successfully trade market trends:
Entry Signals (Green & Red Arrows)
The entry arrows indicate entry conditions are present. Green for long entries and red for short entries. If you already in position in the direction of an entry signal, ignore it. Switch to position maintenance mode for that market once trading a market.
Current Trend Status Channels (Red/Green Overlay)
The channel overlay is intended to indicate whether the market has recently trended up/down. Green if moving higher, Red if moving Lower. Channels make it easier to visualise current & previous price trajectory.
On Close Stop Loss (OCSL) / Price Average (40 MA) Blue line
This acts both as the "line in the sand" in relation to trend direction but also importantly as your (OCSL) or sometimes also known as mental stop. If price closes beyond this line in the opposite direction to your position, exit the position. It's important to wait for price to close (this methodology works best on weekly charts so make entry & exit decisions when the market is closed). This method works best if you risk 1% per trade using the distance from entry price to the OCSL as your pre-defined risk, back-analysis confirms this.
Hard Stop Loss Red line
This line is your circuit breaker intended to protect your capital from sudden adverse moves. This line serves as the price for your fixed or hard stop loss point that should be entered with the order. The formula behind this line is risk * 2 (so 2% if you risk 1% between entry price and OCSL). HSL is your safety net, always use it.
Some other advice on how to trade this methodology:
Analysis Sunday, entries & exits Monday (so you can also have a life)
Do not pyramid with this system, it works best with individual entries spread across a range of markets including FX, Indices, Commodities and Interest Rates.
Risk only 1% per trade
This methodology works best over weekly/monthly charts. You want to capture moves that last weeks/months/years. I would not advise day trading this system.

Pump_Doctor Trends**You must enable bar colors in the options for the script if you wish to see them**
This indicator is very useful for spotting trends / tops / bottoms.
This is the ultimate altcoin pump spotting tool. Use on higher timeframes for greatest accuracy. If altcoin is newish (ZEC for example), try 4h rather than 1D or 3D.
Green = Uptrend
Red = Downtrend
Gray = Top/local top, bottom/local bottom, or continuation. You will need some knowledge of price action to determine which condition applies.
You can use the oscillator at the bottom as a measure of momentum / trend strength. You can draw trendlines on the oscillator on the top/bottom or the interior.
1337 VolumeThis volume indicator gives you a unique perspective and ability to analyze volume in any market. The upper line that is always >=0 represents average up volume over a user definable period while the lower line that is always <= 0 represents the average down volume over a user definable period.
green == bullish candle but volume lower than average
lime == bullish candle with above average volume
crimson == bearish candle with below average volume
red == bearish candle with above average volume
This indicator is very useful for spotting bottoms / tops (do a visual backtest and observe its behavior) as well as entry opportunities.
By default, the lookback period for average volume is 7, but I encourage you to change this value in order to find settings that work best for your particular market.
If you have any feedback or ideas for improvement, please comment.
Enjoy :D
Tops/BottomsUsing Modified code from Lazybear's CVI 0.17% indicator and some logic, this script can help identify value buy and sell opportunities at a very early phase. Best used as a confirmation tool. This is a beta, so use it as such. Enjoy.
Sometimes "top" indications in an uptrend mean to look for an opportunity to add to position while "bottom" indications during a downtrend can represent the same thing. The trend is your friend, use it to your advantage!
Red star above bar == potential top
Green star below bar == potential bottom
Ro FX:AUDUSD Strength IndexForex AUDUSD Strength Index is calculated by the major exports of Australia, those are iron, coal, natural gas, gold, oil, copper and wheat. As Australia economy relies on resources more than product and services, rate of change at export prices can give good information about the currency strength. The influence factor of each export type is determined by OEC Australia Export Reports.
Currency Strength IndicatorSimple but effective don't pay $300 for an MT4 indicator when you can use this for free. Feel free to make it your own!
RSI DivergenceRSI DIVERGENCE is a difference between a fast and a slow RSI. Default values are 5 for the fast one and 14 for the slow one.
You can use this indicator in 2 different ways:
normal RSI : check double or triple top/bottom on a chart meanwhile RSI is descending/ascending (check the example on chart)
signal line : when RSI Divergence cross zero line from bottom to top you get a buy signal (the line become green), vice versa when the RSI Divergence cross zero line in the opposite way you get a sell signal (the line become red)
Forex Trading Sessions with Daylight Savings TimeV1 - Max WarrenDifferent version of the CM one but everything is configurable and easy to manage.
Daylight savings may also be toggled, I cannot automatically toggle it yet but hopefully with a pine update I will be able to.
It had the four main sessions but version two could possibly have all of them as optional toggles
Hope it is useful
Big Shadow by Walter Peters v1.1Version 1.1 is here!
This is an indicator for the Big Shadow (engulfing candle) that Walter Peters teaches in his course (fxjake.com) and book "Naked Forex". I have really been diving into this one and back testing it like crazy. The results have been great and I will be publishing them on the nakedforexnow.com forum soon since it probably isn't appropriate to do it here.
If you like it, please reach out to me @fredferrell on the forum. I would love to discuss back testing results with other traders.
Moving averages and bandsI coded this simple indicator based on multiple ideas shared by Tim West at his "Key Hidden Levels" chatroom.
We have a moving average ribbon comprised of the average of the highs and lows in 10 periods. The colored space in between acts more or less like fair value and is often where price is when consolidating.
Green and red triangles at the top and bottom of the screen.
The ones at the bottom, correspond to signals obtained from a 4 period moving average of the close's slope. It helps get excellent exits for trending moves by changing color with the moving average slope.
The ones at the top, are green while Bollinger Band Width increases, and red while it decreases, relative to the previous bar.
Background color highlights when the close moves over the moving average of the highs or under the moving average of the lows, indicating a change of trend is possible, or at least a pause/consolidation.
The idea is to have multiple reasons to stay in a trade, which is normally very hard to do, specially when winning.
Cheers,
Ivan Labrie

<50% Body CandleScript to identify candlesticks with less than 50% body of total high low candlestick. Places a dot inside the candle. Make sure indicator is moved in the top of Objects Tree so the dot will not be hidden behind the candlebar.
Gold Price Trend Overlay This chart overlay provides the daily 9 SMA of Gold.
If the price of GOLD is ABOVE the 9 SMA then the line will be GOLD
If the price of GOLD is BELOW the 9 SMA then the line will be RED
A good way to use this overlay is by understanding how Gold effects currency pairs.
if GOLD is BULLISH - then AUD/USD is BULLISH
if GOLD is BULLISH - then NZD/USD is BULLISH
if GOLD is BULLISH - then EUR/USD is BULLISH
if GOLD is BULLISH - then USD is bearish
if GOLD is BULLISH - then USD/CHF is BEARISH
if GOLD is BULLISH - then USD/CAD is BEARISH

ATR Pips [LazyBear]This is ATR in pips. This was requested by user @ElixiumCapital. ATRPIPs in his words:
"ATR PIPs is useful for finding markets with your desired amount of volatility, for example I prefer to trade forex pairs with the highest amount of volatility in the past 5 days, setting the length parameter to 5 days. And setting my stop loss at 25% to 33% of the the indicators value."
I have added options to show a BB around ATR, as well as normal ATR (not in PIPs). All the parameters are configurable.

Forex Session OverlapApplies gray background coloring for each major active Forex session, the more sessions active the lighter the background. Adjusted coloring for low (Sydney, Tokyo) and high (Frankfurt, London, New York) liquidity. Market opening hours for Sydney, Tokyo, Frankfurt, London and New York have been set to 08:00 - 17:00 local time and are converted to EST while taking daylight saving time into account across regions (REMEMBER: configure manually!). Sessions can be turned on or off separately. By default this indicator hides itself in larger time-frames (>30min by default). Enabling session breaks or daily pivots helps distinguish between sessions.
KK_Intraday MAsHey guys,
today I was browsing through intraday Charts looking at some moving averages. Basically what I wanted to see was whether the currency pair was trading below or above the moving average of the day/week/month. For a better understanding: The daily MA on a 15 minute Forex Chart would be the 96 MA.
I encountered the problem that i always had to change the settings for my MAs when changing the Time Interval, so I coded this here up. It is pretty simple but maybe somebody else has the same problem and can put it to use.
The script has some settings as listed below:
Choice which MAs to plot, (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Choice which type of MA to use (Simple, Exponential, Weighted)
Neccesary Settings for the correct calculation (e.g. Number of trading hours per day). These settings depend on the instrument you are using and should always be checked before using this script.
There are a few things to Note when using this script:
This script works for intraday charts only.
The monthly MA doesn't work on any Time Interval smaller than 15 minutes. Can't do anything about it unfortunately.
This is my first published Script, use it with caution and let me know what you think about it!
Pip collector [LazyBear]A simple but effective Forex strategy requested by user @pipcollector.
Suggested chart timeframe is 5mins.
Indicator marks potential long/short entries based on the following conditions:
LONG
------
Price above pip median ema on daily, 4 hour and 1 hour timeframe. These 3 timeframes and median EMA lengths are configurable.
Background color is set to GREEN (if option is enabled).
As soon as price touches or crosses the median ema, a GREEN arrow is shown to mark potential long.
SHORT
------
Price below pip median ema on daily, 4 hour and 1 hour timeframe. These 3 timeframes and median EMA lengths are configurable.
Background color is set to RED (if option is enabled).
As soon as price touches or crosses the median ema, a RED arrow is shown to mark potential short.
NO SETUP
-----------
Moving averages do not align on the 3 timeframes.
Background color is set to GRAY (if option is enabled)
I have noticed that this works well on other instruments too (anything trending), also on higher time frames. Feel free to leave any questions/comments on this below.

Mirrored MACD [LazyBear]This is a famous indicator I have seen used by many Forex traders in MT4 platform. This indicator uses the difference between EMA of "close" and EMA of "open" to form the oscillator lines (not just a convergence/divergence calculation between EMA of "close")
Current market state is determined by which histogram is above zero line. For more confirmation, wait for it to cross above Signal line too. Crossing down the signal or zeroline should be the exit condition. Also, look for divergences.
Use plot labels BullHisto/BearHisto/BearLine/BullLine/ZeroLine/Signal for setting up alerts.
