FA Camarilla

A Camarilla Levels Indicator (Educational Purpose Only)

This script plots Camarilla pivot levels to provide a structured framework for analyzing price action based on Camarilla principles. The indicator also includes several moving averages (EMA) and VWAP, allowing for additional insights into market dynamics. It is intended for educational purposes to help users learn how to use these important tools in their trading.

Key Features:

Camarilla Levels: Plots H5, H4, H3, L3, L4, and L5 levels, which are used as potential support and resistance zones.

These levels are derived from the daily high, low, and close values, offering traders potential reversal and breakout levels.

Higher Timeframe Options: Users can choose between automatically determining the timeframe or defining their own timeframe. This allows traders to observe higher timeframe Camarilla levels, aiding in more comprehensive multi-timeframe analysis.

Show Only Last Period Option: Users have the option to display only the levels for the last period, which helps in focusing on the most recent market conditions without the clutter of historical levels.

Price Confirmation and Labels: Includes labels for each level, making it easy to identify key zones of support and resistance on the chart. Price confirmation is also built-in to ensure that entries are made only when the price moves beyond the trigger level.

EMA (Exponential Moving Averages): Plots 4 EMAs (short-term and long-term), providing insight into price trends and potential reversal points.

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price): An optional VWAP feature is included to help traders understand the average price weighted by volume, which is a popular tool for identifying the trend.

How to Use:

Camarilla Levels: Use these levels to identify areas of potential support and resistance. The H4 and L4 levels are typically key pivot levels, while H5 and L5 represent extreme levels that may indicate overbought or oversold conditions.

EMA Crossovers: Observe crossovers between different EMAs to help determine trend direction.

VWAP: Use VWAP to see where most of the trading activity is taking place, which can help in understanding whether the price is overvalued or undervalued.
