Overview
MACD + TSI MTF [CRYPTOSMART] by Ignotus is an advanced True Strength Index (TSI) indicator combined with MACD functionality, dynamic bands, and built-in divergence detection. Developed exclusively for the CryptoSmart community, it features proprietary enhancements over standard TSI and MACD calculations, plus a natural-language summary box that makes it easy to interpret trend, momentum, zone, crossovers, and potential divergences across multiple timeframes.

Key Features
Multi-Timeframe (MTF):

Retrieves TSI, MACD signal, and histogram values from a higher timeframe than the chart’s current timeframe.

Optimized for cryptocurrency markets with common settings like 60 min, 4 h, etc.

Dynamic Bands:

Calculates the standard deviation of the MACD signal line and applies a user-defined multiplier to form dynamic upper and lower bands.

Automatic Divergence Detection:

Identifies both regular and hidden bullish/bearish divergences on either the TSI or the MACD histogram, using a user-defined pivot lookback.

Draws divergence lines directly on the chart for immediate visual reference.

“CryptoSmart Summary Box” (Natural-Language Summary):

A floating label that appears above the most recent visible bar and displays:

Trend (Bullish / Bearish / Neutral)

Momentum (Positive / Negative)

Zone (Overbought / Oversold / Neutral)

Recommended Settings for Crypto:

Primary Chart Timeframe: 60 minutes (also tested on 4 h and 1 d).

Quick Interpretation:

Bullish Trend (🟢): TSI and MACD histogram values are higher than their previous bars.

Positive Momentum (🟢): Histogram bar is rising.

Bullish Crossover (🔺): TSI or MACD crosses above its signal line.

Overbought / Oversold Zones: Background shading signals extreme readings.

Divergences: Lines connect price pivots to TSI/MACD pivots automatically.
