The core element of the indicator is the high and low pivots (reversal points) (green and red dots) that ate plotted with one bar delay only.

The idea is that you can considering going short against red dots and going long on green dots.

But the indicator uses a complex algo to identify prevailing market cycles.

When we get a green dot without a signal "Buy" you can consider covering your short but you do not try to go long.

When we get a red dot without a signal "Short" you can consider selling your long but you do not try to go short.
