RVOL Intraday Truth shows real time intraday Relative Volume (RVOL) vs a multi day average, plus quick glance metrics in a compact table.
General
• Replay safe intraday RVOL calculation (accumulates volume per day and resets on new day).
• “Show BUY signal only for current day” uses the real system date, so in replay it still filters by today’s date, not the replay date.
Table
• Shows RVOL, %Chg Day, %Chg Open, Turnover (Cr), and distance from daily EMA10/20.
• SS (Strong Start): at the configured start time, price is above the prior day’s VAH and thereafter it never dips below that VAH.
• PDH (Previous Day High): whether LTP is above the previous day high.
• SS and PDH are shown only on intraday timeframes.
Alerts (Intraday only)
• Alerts work only on intraday charts.
• Start time alert fires once at the configured Start time when RVOL meets R1%.
• In window alerts can fire between Start and End when RVOL meets R2%.
• If SS is enabled, alerts require the SS condition to be true.
BUY Line (Intraday only)
• Triggers only within the first N minutes from 09:15 IST.
• One BUY per day; the line is set at the trigger bar’s high.
• If SS is enabled, BUY also requires price above prior VAH.
What still works on Daily/HTF
• RVOL% is computed from daily average volume.
• %Chg Day/Open, EMA10/EMA20 distances, and turnover still compute, but SS/alerts/BUY won’t trigger on daily charts.
