Adventure Box Technology AB (publ) receives observation status

Adventure Box Technology AB (publ) (the “Company”) has failed to pay its feesto Nasdaq Stockholm AB (the “Exchange”).

According to item 1.4.2 of the Rulebook, an issuer is required to pay an annualfee and other applicable fees to the Exchange.

According to item 8.2.7 of the Rulebook, the Exchange may delist an issuer'sfinancial instruments from Nasdaq First North Growth Market if the issuer hasfailed to pay fees or fines in accordance with the Rulebook.

The rules of Nasdaq First North Growth Market state that an issuer's financialinstruments may be given observation status if circumstances exist justifyingthe removal of the issuer's financial instruments from trading on Nasdaq FirstNorth Growth Market pursuant to item 8.2.7 of the rulebook.

With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decides that the shares inAdventure Box Technology AB (publ) (ADVBOX, ISIN code SE0012955276, order bookID 185959) shall be given observation status.
