BTC AB strengthens its Board of Directors ahead of listing - updated ISIN code

In the press release published earlier today at 10:05, an incorrect ISIN code for the B-shares was stated. The correct ISIN code for BTC AB’s B-shares is SE0025198542.

As BTC AB prepares for its upcoming listing on Spotlight Stock Market, the company strengthens its Board of Directors with two new members: Mariana Burenstam Linder and Viktor Fritzén. Both bring extensive experience from capital markets, high-growth companies, and corporate governance.

Mariana Burenstam Linder holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. She has a long track record as a business executive and entrepreneur, including as Vice President at SEB and founder of Burenstam & Partners. She currently serves on the boards of Investment AB Latour and BTS Group AB.

Viktor Fritzén holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. He served as CFO of LeoVegas Group, where he played a central role in the company’s IPO and international growth. He has also worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and GP Bullhound. Viktor has previously served on the board of Avanza Bank and is currently a board member of CoinShares International.
