Scandinavian Astor Group secures credit facility for acquisition of SEK 127.5 million from Swedbank

Scandinavian Astor Group ("Astor Group" or the "Company") announces today that the Company has been granted a credit facility for acquisitions of SEK 127.5 million from Swedbank. The credit facility aims to strengthen Astor Group's financial preparedness for potential future acquisitions and enables faster and more flexible loan financing if needed.

Having access to loan financing without tying up capital in advance strengthens our freedom of action and position in the acquisition market.", says Mattias Hjorth, CEO for Scandinavian Astor Group.

Through the SEK 127.5 million credit facility, Astor Group will gain greater flexibility in financing acquisitions, and the processes associated with loan financing will also be completed more efficiently. The facility can be used as part of financing for future acquisitions. When using the facility, the terms and conditions are in line with those of previous loans through Swedbank. SEK 27.5 million of the total SEK 127.5 million is planned for the acquisition of Carbonia Composite AB, in accordance with the communication made on May 19, 2025. The credit facility is valid until December 31, 2026.
