Framework deal for European space giant will require some weeks, source says

A framework agreement between Italy's Leonardo LDO and France's Thales HO and Airbus AIR for a new European space giant will require some weeks, a source with knowledge of the matter said on Monday.

The parties are still considering some key points of the alliance and the boards of the three companies will need to discuss them, the source added.
