Tech Mahindra

Tech Mahindra announced on September 23, 2025, under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the divestment of its stake in Surance Limited, an associate company.
