Case: 3:24-cv-07704

On November 5, 2024, $MIDNIGHT investors have filed a class action against Midnight Hub, accusing it of promoting NFTs as profitable Web3 investments while failing to build the promised platform.

What is this lawsuit about?

On November 8, 2023, Midnight Hub went silent after co-founder Brian Veluz-Nepomuceno was arrested for fraud. The company had sold ROOMS and Digital Nomads NFTs with promises of staking, exclusive features, and future profit-sharing. None of these were delivered, and the NFTs lost nearly all their value.
