What is this lawsuit about?

In September 2019, Aurora claimed its earnings would improve due to higher sales, better margins, anticipating growth and stable demand.

However, in November 2019, Aurora faced distribution issues, adjusted EBITDA loss for 1Q was $39.7M and Construction of Aurora Nordic 2 in Denmark was halted.

Following this, ACB dropped over 18%.

Then, on March 08, 2024, shareholders filed a claim against Aurora Cannabis.
