Inspirato has requested the court to dismiss the lawsuit filed by investors. The court will determine whether the case proceeds.

What is this lawsuit about?

On December 15, 2022, Inspirato Incorporated filed amended Form 10-Q/As to restate its Q1 and Q2 2022 financial statements.

Inspirato also disclosed that its prior financial reports, earnings releases, and related investor communications could no longer be relied upon. Additionally, the Company was found non-compliant with Nasdaq’s periodic filing requirements.

Then, on February 16, 2023, shareholders filed a claim against Inspirato.
